Welcome to Plexflow. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”), which constitute a legal agreement between you (“the Client”) and Plexflow Logiciel, a company registered in Quebec, Canada.
Plexflow is a SaaS platform designed to automate rental property management for owners and property managers. These Terms govern the use of the Service, accessible via app.plexflow.ca or any related domain.
Access to the Service is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. Plexflow reserves the right to deny or suspend access to any user who fails to comply with these Terms.
Plexflow retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, including but not limited to code, design, databases, documentation, and content. The Client may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.
Plexflow is committed to protecting the Client’s data in accordance with its privacy policy.
The Client retains ownership of any data entered into the system.
Plexflow may access this data for the purposes of maintenance, support, or product improvement, while maintaining confidentiality.
The Service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription.
Unless canceled prior to the end of the current term, the subscription will automatically renew for an equivalent period.
Plexflow reserves the right to adjust its pricing. If there is no change in services (e.g., increase in the number of units managed within Plexflow), no pricing adjustment will be applied during an active subscription period.
The Client will be notified in advance of any pricing change applicable to the next renewal.
No refunds will be issued for a subscription period that has already begun.
Payments are made by credit card through a secure payment gateway (e.g., Stripe).
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of the account at Plexflow’s discretion.
Applicable taxes are not included and will be added as required.
Plexflow makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Service.
Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.
Support is provided via email or through the online help center, based on the terms of your subscription plan.
Plexflow shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss.
The Service is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
Plexflow’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client during the 12 months prior to any claim.

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
Plexflow may terminate access to the Service in case of breach of these Terms, with or without notice.
No compensation will be provided for termination due to non-compliance.
Plexflow may modify these Terms at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
